About garden magic

Garden Magic have been gardening in Auckland since 1990, when former owner Erik Lautenslager based the business in a friend's backyard.

Erik formed Garden Magic as a response to the opportunities created by the big Auckland council amalgamation of the time, picking up council maintenance contracts for all parks eastwards from Mt Eden.

Garden Magic was based in Kingsland from 1995 until 2015, when we moved to Otahuhu.

Tony Jones joined the Garden Magic team in 2000 and was promoted to Foreman in 2002. He became owner and Managing Director of Garden Magic 2006 Ltd in August of 2006.
